Scarf Up!

Hey Everyone!

So as we're nearing closer and closer to fall/winter weather, a must have is a really cute scarf! Scarves are a must because they are not only cute, but add that extra 'umph' that every girl needs to complete her outfit. A very standard, and one of my favorites, scarf look is the typical Burberry scarf. Burberry's famous beige, cream, black, and red checkered pattern make for an adorable look. Why? Because it goes with everything! You can add it to spice up an outfit or to just simply accessorize your outfit. Either way, it always works its magic! I own a Burberry scarf which I got as a present last year for my birthday and haven't stopped wearing it since! It's an item that every girl needs and the best part is- you'll never get bored of it. The thing I love most about Burberry scarves is that they come in all different styles and shades. The one I have is the 'Cashmere Skinny Giant Check Scarf' in grey, cream, and black and I love love love it! It goes great with almost everything and most of all it keeps my neck super warm! Another designer who makes very cute scarves is Marc Jacobs. His line 'Marc By Marc Jacobs' has a collection of adorable and extremely wearable scarves for the fall and winter seasons. And lastly, among all of the great scarves that are selling now, one designer we can never forget is the amazing Alexander McQueen. As many of you know, McQueen is most famous for his love of skull patterns. His scarves are no exception. They come is many different colors so it's all personal from here on! Now all you guys have to do is pick one that is your favorite :) I hope this post will inspire you all to go out and buy a cute scarf/scarves for the fall and winter! It will really complete your outfit, trust me. And a plus is that you'll get many compliments ;)

It's All About Boots!

Hey Everyone!

This fall, one of my favorite trends would have to be everyone's love for boots and booties. One of the things I love most about boots are that they're very versatile and can make an outfit if you choose them wisely. Boots are always a plus when they're worn with skinny jeans or jeggins. One of my personal favorite looks is a pair of dark washed blue or black jeggins with an over-the-leg pair of boots (preferably black-sued, because it goes well with almost every jean/jegging) . They can really spice up the sometimes plain look to jeans and flats and make your outfit unique! In contrast to over-the-knee boots, another of my personal favorites is the ankle boot. Ankle boots go extremely well with shorts and a blazer (I know it's starting to get too cold to wear shorts, but some days in October can be warm which gives you a perfect opportunity to take advantage of the look!), rompers, certain skirts, dresses, and of course jeans and jeggings! Ankle boots come in all different styles and shades, so it's up to you to pick and choose what looks best on you! This fall,  shades of blue, dark purples, charcoal, grays, and military greens are a must. Those shades almost always look good together. Navy goes really well with an off-white cream and black. So, a cute outfit from those colors could be navy jeggings, cream shirt with a grey/white cardigan, and black booties! The options are endless, but remember it's ALL about boots this fall! Also, it's so easy to pick a style that you like from the many many options that are available. Any kind from over-the-knee boots to ankle boots to an edgy buckled boot can always look good if you pair them wisely!
